What we’re all about at Zen Mondays.
Zen Mondays started over five years ago with a simple observation: talented business owners were building incredible audiences and had no operational infrastructure to support what came next. Courses, communities, memberships, all held together with duct tape and good intentions. We started building the infrastructure they needed, and we never stopped.
Today we work across education, freelancing, professional development, and industries most community consultants have never touched, and our longest client relationship is six years and counting.
How we got here.
Meet the founder.
Alex Oumn is a lawyer turned systems architect and Circle Partner, which is a combination that makes more sense than it sounds. She came to community infrastructure through law, programming, and operations, and the result is someone who sees every project from multiple angles at once, from the structural thinking and the technical build to the user experience and the business logic underneath all of it.
What sets her apart is how she approaches the work. Alex pressure-tests everything from the end user's perspective, whether that's the member logging in for the first time, the team member who has to manage the system after handoff, or the founder who needs to understand how their own infrastructure works without calling someone. Every business she works with gets that same level of attention, because she genuinely wants to understand how yours runs before she builds anything for it.
Alex leads every engagement and brings in specialist partners for course creation, branding and web development when the scope calls for it. It's a deliberately small operation because that's how the work stays good.
“Working with Alex is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my business. She brings an incredible amount of organization, clarity, and expertise to the table, and is an absolute pleasure to work with!”

Beyond consulting.
Many of our clients are business educators and creators with large audiences, and over the years their students and communities have consistently asked for the same things: solid legal foundations, operational templates, and the kind of tools that help new businesses get structured from the start. So we built a shop for that.
If you're interested in collaborating on resources for your community or offering something custom to your audience, we're always open to that conversation, you can contact us here!
